Valentine’s Day Card

Since I have moved to the city I find myself checking my
mailbox everyday, looking for letters from friends and family! Today many
people send e-mails to say hello, but nothing is better than an old fashion
letter in the mail. This year I’m sending all my friends and loved ones
homemade valentines, so they can have something to open in their mailbox
this holiday!

Supplies:

Gold glitter paper

Brown scrapbook paper

2 rolls of washi tape

Gold and black Sharpies

Heart hole puncher (optional)
Step 1: Cut brown scrapbook paper into 4×6 cards.
Step 2: Cut washi tape into strips, each slightly shorter
than the previous.

Step 3: Place washi tape on card to look like a cake. Using
a black sharpie draw the cake stand along the bottom strip of tape and glue the
gold heart cutout on the top strip (shown below)

Step 4: Write a cute quote or message at the bottom and
decorate the back of the card however you would like!
Simple way to send love to your friends and family this Valentines
day!
