I know, I know it’s Monday and I’m already looking forward to another weekend of patios and happy hours with friends. I made this delicious champagne float this weekend and had to share the recipe right away. It’s refreshing, fruity, and simple to make! With summer fruit now in season, this cocktail is versatile with your favorite flavor sorbet and fruit for garnishing.
And hey, it’s a new week I don’t know about you but that calls for a celebration!
Ingredients
- Champagne
- Sorbet (flavor of your choice)
- Strawberry to garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Using a cakepop pan or an ice cube tray, scoop the sorbet into the cavities filling to the rim
- Place the sorbet filled tray into the freezer for 15 minutes
- Remove from the freezer and pop out the sorbet cubes (I placed two on top of each other to look like sorbet balls in my float)
- Pour champagne over top and enjoy!
Cheers!
