The summer recipe post I had planned for today is currently still in the works or should I say in boxes. I know, I know I moved weeks ago and I’m still unpacking. I never knew I had so much junk and even better, where the heck was all of this in my studio? That thing was like a clown car in the move. We just kept packing more and more boxes. You’d think I was downsizing from a 2 bedroom…nope just a one room.
So while I don’t stare at my kitchen from my bed anymore, I have been starring at all the boxes that are still to be unpacked. Hence this round-up post.
Since summer is flying by and the days of all the fresh fruit will soon be gone, I’m rounding up my favorite summer baking recipes to slowly ease of us out of those summer days and into the chilly baking weather. I’m not a fan of the cold temps but if it means pumpkin bread and apple cider, I guess I’ll take it.
