The weekend is over, Monday is here and I still didn’t finish my to-do list from 3 weeks ago. Is it just me or does it seem like every week when you make to-do lists or goals to accomplish there’s just never enough time to get through them all. Whether it’s Pinterest or terrible reality tv shows, there’s always something that seems to get in the way.
No matter what the distractions are I always find myself saying “if only there were a few more hours in the day”. Sadly, that will never change. There are 24 hours in a day and we may never have endless amounts of time to get things done, but we can at least make enough time to get them done.
This week I’m making time to finish my to-do lists and get on track with my health goals for this year. Time for a new week and making time for the things that need to be done…ok and maybe a little time for bad tv shows;)
Dash of Sparkle
This week make a list of your top 5 things that need to be done or goals that you want to accomplish such as going to the gym “x” number of days this week or deep cleaning the apartment, etc. Take that list and write down how much time it will take to complete each one and then set a calendar reminder on your phone to make sure you put that time aside to complete it.
