It’s my second Fall here in the city and my first one I have had
time to enjoy. Last Fall I began my three job phase and never could have
imagined how well everything would have worked out by this time the following
year. You know that feeling when you’re in over your head and feel like it’s
never going to end? Yeah, that was me last year. I felt like there was no way I
would ever get out of this internship phase and into the real world with a
regular schedule and time to enjoy life. However, I’m here now, one month into
the job of my dreams, much more of the city explored and enough extra time to
be writing this blog post..I’d like to say everything has fallen into place
quite nicely.

Although my job denial stage is over, my
cold weather one is not. As you can tell I am still taking advantage of skirt
season while I can. It was beautiful weather here over the weekend, so I
thought I’d give it one last go for some warmer weather clothes. This wool
skirt is the perfect “transition into Fall†piece. It has specks of colors
throughout it, making it perfect to pair with colored tights and warm sweaters this
season when it starts getting colder…hopefully never.

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Look out for a tutorial on how to make this fun t-shirt, later this week!
Your style is too cute and just found out you are from Saint Louis too. We need to meet up soon! xoxo
Thanks Mina! Yes, what a small world! We will definitely have to meet up and you can show me some of your favorite food spots in the city:)
