Dash of Sparkle: Errday Namaste

So last week’s hint of a cold turned in to a full blown flu just in time for this weekend’s visitor. Luckily it was my mom visiting and somehow moms always know how to make you feel better. We had the ultimate girls weekend full of shopping and relaxing, but back to the Monday grind today.

Since I’m slowly getting over this cold/scratchy throat thing I’m taking this week to really rest up and relax before another weekend of visitors. A little yoga, early nights in bed and over dosing on Vitamin C I’m hoping will do the trick;)

Dash of Sparkle

Sick or not, take an hour each night before bed to unwind. Whether it’s turning off electronics or doing a few yoga poses, use the time to help you relax before hitting the bed!
