Sometimes we dream of a white Christmas and other times a pink one.
Growing up my mom would get me a new dress every Christmas to wear to Christmas eve mass. Yes that meant sometimes she bought a matching one so we could match, but most of the time it was a Christmas red or green dress for me to celebrate in.
Now while my mom doesn’t pick out my clothes anymore, even though sometimes it would be nice to have someone still lay my clothes out for me before work in the mornings, I do still however keep the traditions going with a new holiday outfit each year.
And while normally I’m on the hunt to try and find the perfect red dress for Christmas, this year is a little different. With the weather feeling like spring lately and my amount of free time being less than 0, I decided to opt for this pink number instead. I found this skirt at Nordstrom Rack a few months back and had been dying to style it for the winter season. When I spotted this fuzzy sweater at LOFT I knew it would match perfectly with some fun lace-up heels and jewelry.

One of my best and favorite memory of Christmas as a child was getting to pick out a new dress! I think that’s why I still love picking out one!
