Puppies, champagne and picnics. Talk about the perfect summer day!
Last weekend, Katie of Little Black Blog, Maya of Charmingly Styled and Sarah of The Kissing Booth Blog and I got together for a little picnic to catch up and for them to meet Rosie all while over indulging on cheese and champagne…typical.
It was so great seeing the girls and getting a chance to enjoy what’s left of the summer because we all know it will be gone before we know it. Luckily, Rosie has been giving me a good excuse to get outside everyday and enjoy this warm weather, but now if only summer and her growing bigger everyday could just slow down that would be great.
Got it? Ok, thanks.
But as much as I wish summer could last forever and Rosie would stay small enough for me to hold and attack with kisses forever, I know it won’t be long until the parka is out and Rosie can actually reach the kitchen table instead of just barking at it (bye bye dinner).
However, in the meantime I’ll just smother her with my kisses and enjoy this warm weather as much as possible with some of my favorite summer pieces like this off the shoulder ruffle top. I paired this with a dark wash jean short, a fun hat and sneakers since I like to stay practical and knew I would be walking a mile to the park;)
